All registration information provided to hk555 must be accurate, complete and current. Any misrepresentation — including providing false date of birth, name, address or identity documents — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.1 Registration Process

4.2 Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hk555 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. 4.3 KYC Verification
hk555 operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a CNIC, passport or valid national ID), proof of address and evidence of your payment method before a withdrawal is processed or, at hk555's discretion, at any time during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC within a stipulated period may result in Account restriction.
4.4 Account Currency
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for player convenience. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11.1 Platform Availability

11.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hk555's aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall be limited to the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. hk555 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.
11.4 Third-Party Content

12.1 By hk555
hk555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a User breaches these Terms, engages in prohibited conduct, fails to complete KYC, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal or security risk to the Platform. In cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, funds may be forfeited. In all other cases of Account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the User subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
12.2 By the User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable game and sportsbook rules. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination
On termination of your Account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its gaming licence, details of which are published within the Platform's licensing information. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to hk555's customer support for internal resolution. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.2.
